Face Sorter Pro Ultimate — Known Issues & Updates

 We’re currently working on several reported issues and appreciate your patience while we prepare the next update. 

 Auto-Rotation may not detect and correct every improperly rotated photo. We’re improving the rotation detection process so it works more consistently across different file types and camera orientations.

Temporary workaround: Manually rotate any photos that are not corrected automatically before running them through Face Sorter Pro Ultimate.

 In some cases, AI Enhancement may time out before processing is complete. This can be more common with large images or on systems with limited processing power.

We’re working on improving performance and reliability so enhancement jobs have more time to finish successfully.

Auto-Learn can occasionally add a false match to a person’s learned references. Once an incorrect face is learned, it may affect that person’s results during future sorts.  

Temporary workarounds:

• Disable Auto-Learn until the upcoming fix is released.
• If you continue using Auto-Learn, click the Preview button for each person after every sorting run.
• Review the learned faces and remove anything that does not belong to that person.  We recommend checking the previews before beginning another sort. 

 We’re actively working on fixes for these issues, along with several new features and improvements, including:

• Improved Auto-Learn accuracy and safer face approval
• File-renaming options
• JSON sidecar support
• Additional workflow and reliability improvements
